A few words from the President

Canadian Business: IBISKA is a major player in IT consulting in the National Capital Region, recognized for the high quality of our services, ethical business practices, and for our consultants’ high level of skills. IBISKA received very significant contract or supply arrangement awards in the past 6 months including:

  • CRA IT Professional Services Supply Chain (ITPSSC) – IBISKA is 1 of 3 suppliers to be awarded Stream 3 (IT security) for the next 7+ years
  • PWGSC Office of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – IBISKA is 1 of 3 suppliers awarded a contract for Informatics Professional Services
  • TSPS Task and Solutions Professional Services SO/SA award -IBISKA is qualified for Non-IT services in the areas of business consulting/change management and project management services

On the US front: In the past few years, as the economy took a downturn in the US, combined with Nortel’s demise, IBISKA’s US team had their work cut out for them. Thanks to the team’s effort, our US business has successfully bounced back and we have established new partnerships with several global organizations (such as Ericsson, Frontier and Avaya) in the provision of Network Integration and Telecommunications services across the United States.

A major win for our US business: Ericsson Service Delivery Agreement – IBISKA is 1 of 3 suppliers for Network Professional Services in support of Ericsson customers across the United States.

Revenue Growth in FY 2010-2011: Thanks to excellence demonstrated by IBISKA staff and consultants and thanks to long-term clients, we have achieved overall revenue growth of over 28% with both operations (Canada and US) contributing equal growth.

Partnerships in the IT Consulting Community: Over the past year, we have been working closely with our team of consultants (numbering now over 150) currently engaged on assignments with IBISKA. We will continue to nurture existing, and build new, mutually beneficial business relationships with skilled consultants interested in taking on assignments in our main service areas: Business Services, Project Management, IT Security, IM/IT, and Network Services.

Office Staff: With business expanding in the field, a strong office team is required to support operations. Our 5 teams have faced heavy workload over the past year and we have welcomed new staff to enhance the effectiveness of our operations in all of our teams (Sales, Recruiting, Proposal Writing, IT Support, Finance and Administration).
